This invigorating early morning series sets the tone for peace of mind and well-being all day long. Strengthen the body, calm the mind, and notice the benefits as they expand into the many facets of life. Suitable for beginners and for those with more experience with yoga.

Vinyasa Flow

Based on the Ashtanga Yoga of K.P. Jois. The standing sequence, primary series, and finishing sequence asanas are practiced with vinyasa in a continual flow, connected with a focus on the breath and bandhas. This is a deep, rigorous, and powerful practice. Includes pranayama, meditation, and chanting.
