Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Sun salutations, standing, balancing, sitting and inversion poses are practiced with energizing vinyasa in a continual flow, connected with a focus on the breath and bandhas. This is a deep, rigorous, and powerful practice that includes pranayama and introductory meditation techniques.
